I have a Bachelor in Sport and Exercise Science from Loughborough University and I have been using my knowledge to become one of the best all round whitewater kayakers in the world. In recent years, I have placed top 5 in the world for freestyle kayaking whilst also pushing class 5 creeking, waterfall running, expedition kayaking and big wave freestyle.

I love to train and explore. This has naturally developed my expedition kayaking, but also a number of other sports too. In recent years I have found myself competing in triathlon at an elite level, completing ironmans, swimming 10km, ski touring in the French Alps and more. I love a challenge, not just in a kayak.
